Krone 80-80 Big Cut Big Pack Baler. 2001.

80 x 80 cm four string bales.

We bought two years ago when it had done 77000 bales, and went right through it.

New bigger wheels and tyres, Knotter parts, Piston Rollers, Packer rollers.

There is a box of new Stuffer rollers and spare pick-up tines with it. 

Fitted with moisture meter. 

Fitted with two camera system for rear view and pick-up.

Works very well and has done 1200 bales in two seasons. 

Last year averaged 310kg hay bales, but we did some of ours at 360 kg at 14% moisture.

Sadly the work has built up for it, particularly straw bales for boilers, and its no longer fast enough for us. 

We need a high speed one.

It has chopper knives, but we have not had the need to use them.

Ready for work.
